Forum'18: [r]evolution
Forum'18: [r]evolution. August 22-24, 2018
VolCorp's Forum'18 will be August 22nd – 24th at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville.

We have an exciting conference in store for you this year! Thursday will start off with the exhibit hall and three very informative training sessions:
  • Investments 101
  • Cybersecurity: A look at the Basics
  • Commercial Services for Executives Overview

The Forum will contain stimulating sessions by the following speakers:

  1. Sam Glenn – Attitude Changes Everything
In this side-splitting humorous session, Sam shares his seven attitude lessons that will transform your organization. More than just having a positive attitude, Sam discusses ways to put the right attitude into action and how doing so will achieve the best results.

  2. Frank Allgood – Authentic Brands: A Powerful Approach to Increase & Sustain Loyalty
Most credit unions and community banks speak a good relationship game. Naturally, we want to serve our members. We have the best of intentions, and yet, we find ourselves plagued by faceless commerce – missing out on golden loyalty opportunities.

  3. Jim Marous – Trends & Predictions for the Future of Banking
There has never been a time when changes in the banking ecosystem, the marketplace and technology have occurred as fast as today. Join us as we hear from Jim Marous, one of banking's top 5 influencers, as he discusses the major trends in retail banking and how to deliver the experience digital consumers are demanding.

  4. John Thomas – Multi-generational Management
There is little doubt that the US workforce is at a unique point in history. As Baby Boomers begin to retire, a new generation is stepping in to their shoes. Generation X and Millennials have values and work styles that are completely different from Baby Boomers. Finding ways to bridge the gaps within this multigenerational workforce takes great skill, and it starts with understanding how the generations think and what's important to them.

Of course, we can't have the Forum without including lots of fun too! We will kick off the Forum on Wednesday morning with a round of golf at Vanderbilt Legends Club. Our non-golfers are invited to friendly fun and competition at The Rabbit Hole Virtual Reality Arcade. On Thursday evening, join us at The Bound|ry, a former rock-n-roll hotel, for a night of delicious food and lively games.

Be on the lookout for the ability to register online soon. Make plans to join the
[r]evolution at Forum'18!
