 Strategic Planning

It is essential for your Board of Directors and key management staff to systematically plan and develop short and long-term goals for the credit union. As an independent, third party facilitator, Volunteer Corporate can help you look at your credit union from a different point of view, providing fresh insights into your operation and helping you better chart your future. Rates are competitively priced and based on your asset size. VolCorp’s skilled strategic planning facilitators begin the process by coordinating directly with you to custom design a questionnaire for your management team and Board. VolCorp will compile the results of your questionnaires, and then incorporate the results into a custom-designed presentation to provide focus and direction as you set goals for the upcoming year. VolCorp’s planning sessions also provide current market data and demographics to help you identify trends and opportunities within the industry. Incorporating current trends and peer group comparisons, VolCorp will assist your management team and Board as they discuss the current issues facing your credit union and set goals. Upon conclusion of your planning session, VolCorp will prepare and submit a detailed business plan documenting the results of your planning session.
